Organosorb 10 is an activated carbon with special adsorption capacities. It is used for filtering

water where odours ,colour (organics) en chlorine or ozone have to be removed.

The filter bed must be periodically backwashed in order to remove suspended solids, so the filter

product is kept clean.

The adsorbed organics are not washed to the drain. This means that the carbon will be exhausted after

a certain running time and then has to be replaced. This running time can only be known by experience.
